| January 4, 2009: Max Effort
The purpose of this workout is to work up to a one rep max. The squats are not legal depth, as this was Erv's first time in a new canvas suit. His previous max was 705 pounds, he worked up to 750 pounds. |
December 13, 2008: Max Effort
The purpose of this workout is to overload the triceps both geared and raw. Shirted work is done off of 2 boards up to a 1 rep max. Raw work is done with a close grip with reverse bands and added boards. |
