Erv Domanski, CPT, PICP1
Erv is faithful to the fitness industry, as he lives a life of fitness and clean eating. Erv currently holds the 181 pound (82.5 Kg) Submasters American Record in the Deadlift through the AAPF, obtained in November 2007. He also holds four 181 pound (82.5 kg) Submasters APF records in Illinois with a 700 lb (317.5 kg) Squat, a 375 lb (170 kg) Bench, a 600 lb (270 kg) Deadlift and a 1,675 lb (761 kg) Total. He has placed first in his weight class at several meets and has also been honored with Best Lifter. Erv is also in the Top 10 Best Male Lifters, out of all powerlifting federations, for the 181 pound (82.5 kg) weight class in the Deadlift, the Top 20 for the Squat, and the Top 15 for his Lift Total. In April 2008 Erv competed in the AAPF Nationals, where he placed 2nd in the 181 pound (82.5 kg) Submasters Class. He then competed in the AWPC World Championships in August 2008, also placing second.
Erv has been a Strength Coach for athletes in the following sports:
Hockey, Baseball, Tennis, Volleyball, Fencing, Swimming, Lacrosse, Wrestling, and of course, Powerlifting.

In order to play at a high level in the sport of soccer you can't just show up for practice. That is why I decided to use Progressive Sports Performance to help me get stronger. One-On-One Weight Loss Trainer sessions are designed for everyone - business executive, stay-at-home mom, or anyone else looking to get in great shape. Each personal training session runs 50-60 minutes depending on the fitness level of each individual and their personal goals. All Personal Training clients must undergo the Basic Structural Balance Assessment.
Group personal training is a great program designed for individuals who want to work out with a friend or are interested in finding a workout partner. Groups will consist of 2 participants and one coach. For groups to work, they must have compatible strength levels, structural balance issues and common fitness goals. Each group member must undergo an individual Basic Structural Balance Assessment.
